When I started painting full time, the first show I did was a holiday open house at one of my best friend's (Amber) mother-in-law's house. I painted a few things on barn board just to add a little variety. Who knew they'd be such a hit? I sold all of them & got multiple orders. Debbie Lamb has ordered one for Amber and her daughter, Megan, every season. She let Amber choose what she wanted this time & she decided to go with something non-seasonal.
