I was recently having lunch with a friend who told me her husband said, "He should be ashamed of himself" in response to a scooter pulling up next to them at a stoplight. I was shocked, appalled, and confused at this statement. I LOVE Vespas & think they are ultra cool.... as a matter of fact, I thought everyone felt that way.
