Not a lot of painting going on around here lately, but we've had a lot of fun. Last night we had our first spend the night party with our nephew, Eli. We were a little nervous going into the evening because sometimes he likes us, sometimes he acts like we're kidnappers. Last night was our lucky night.... not only did he like us, he loved us!

We played with the hose until we were soaked from head to toe. He didn't want to take his wet clothes off for dinner, so we didn't make him. He ate cookies, relaxed in the tub for almost an hour, watched the "Hot Dog Song" on Youtube at least 10 times, and stayed up way past his bedtime. Because Trent travels, Eli doesn't hang out with him much & usually prefers me. Not last night.... he yelled "Rent" every time Trent walked out of view and had him read the same book over & over.
