I celebrated my 32nd birthday with my mom & aunt Sonya 

(whom I share the same birthday with) in Fairhope, Alabama.  

The weather was amazing and the company was even better.

Sonya lives in a historical cottage that sits a couple of blocks from the quaint 

downtown area and about 100 yards from the bay.

The number of pictures to follow are a bit ridiculous, but I couldn't help it.  The Mardi Gras parades began this past weekend and they did not disappoint.  The local animal shelter hosted the 'Mystic Mutt's Parade'.  Many people really took this to the extreme... very entertaining.
