Or maybe I should say "Happy Cupcake Thursday". I talked to good ol' Lorrinda (my
festival compadre) last night & she wanted to make some goodies for coworkers. You know, to help boost the morale. We tossed around some ideas, but I hate baking, so I didn't have any great recipes to share. I told her that I saw "cupcake icecream cones" a few years ago & always thought they were cool. She didn't believe, but did a little research & was at the grocery store while we were still on the phone. She created these little masterpieces within an hour or so.... I swear that girl can do anything.
