We packed so much into Day 2 that it deserved 2 blog days....
For some reason I didn't really want to go to Key West. I imagined it being like Panama City. I was pleasantly surprised to find it similar to Charleston or New Orleans. We wandered the streets looking at the beautiful old mansions & slipping into little gardens that seem to fill every nook.

We made our way to the famous
Mallory Square as sunset approached. We had our first (and VERY expensive mojito (when you're that close to Cuba, it's a must)).
Mallory was packed. We wedged in amongst all the other tourist to get a good seat for the show. It did not disappoint. The sunset was amazing & I loved that everyone clapped when it went down. I thought of it as an applause to God for the beauty of his creation.
