God surpasses all our knowing, all our imagining, all our creating.  Again and again grace splashes before us the color of our dependence on God's creation of us as families and on the landscapes in which we live. In beauty and horror, in life-giving monsoons and death-dealing tsunamis, we see how our exquisite freedoms exist in a tiny space and time, cast in the midst of a cosmos that only sustains us through events we cannot compel and for which we can only give thanks and praise.  These moments call joyful song from the whole earth. ~Brian W.
