I haven't been in the store yet, but the concept behind "Community" is brilliant.  I just read about it in the paper:

The store's signature line of clothing, called Community Service, features Baumgaertner's and Karen Freed's creative adaptation of vintage dresses, skirts and pants.
"We alter them to make them modern and wearable," Baumgaertner said. "We add little details to them, making them new again and modern. They have a vintage look, but also have a modern appearance."
An example of the changes Baumgaertner and Freed make to the clothing from past decades include adjusting the length for more modern tastes, but the material, colors and fabrics remain vintage.
The focus of Community is on trendy style and fashion, Baumgaertner said. The clothing selection ranges from casual to more dressy designs, and the apparel can be either vintage or more contemporary fashions that are pre-worn.
